All orders are accepted subject to availability of items ordered. If we cannot fulfill your order as ordered within a reasonable period, the order will be canceled and you will be notified via email.
If your credit card is declined or otherwise not processable, you will be notified via email and the order held for 5 days to allow you to submit updated credit card info. If we do not receive usable credit card info within 5 days, the order will be canceled.
NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS! We do allow returns for exchange so long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition. When returning merchandise for exchange, please include a note explaining what you need (larger/smaller size, etc) along with the address where we should send the new item(s). Also you will be responsible for shipping charges of the exchanged item(s), so include your credit card info including billing address for the card (MasterCard or VISA only) or your phone number so we can call to obtain the card info. For items returned without an exchange, we will issue a gift certificate good for 6 months from the date we receive the return for the amount of the merchandise only (no credit for shipping charges).
We only ship to USA addresses. We are NOT setup to handle international shipments.
